The Do It Yourself Early Learning and Everyday Early Learning, session takes a hands-on look at dozens of ideas for using materials from your local home center, grocery story, big box store, dollar store, or recycling bin to promote child-directed play, exploration, discovery, and learning.
Participants will acquire simple ideas for supporting child-led play. Develop understandings of why children are drawn to play with everyday items and better understand the concept of loose parts.
The is suited to anyone working with children in long day care, preschools, family day care, OSHC and schools.
We suggest that the course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.

All participants will complete a reflection/assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate.
