Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
What will I learn from the mini course?
This mini-course will support educators by sharing tips, inspiration and information, and encourage you to reflect on the sustainability of your thinking and practice.
- Learn how to break down what sustainability means inside your service. If you want to know more about the ability of what you can do to educators in the future to meet the needs of children in their care - this is the course for you!
- Explore how to foster an awareness of nature and the outdoors. Gain strategies for discussing strategies for nurturing the planet with children and families, and learn the benefits of doing so.
- Consider the ongoing integration of sustainable practices. Learn the key to make sustainable practices an integral part of your service, not just something that is bought out for an assessment and rating visit.
