A mini course designed to empower educators to appropriately manage conflict with colleagues, families or others and to inspire them to see these as opportunities for growth. The course is broken up into four lessons and the following is covered:

Lesson 3 - Relationships with families
Lesson 4 - The aftermath of conflict
