A mini course exploring the process of creating a positive transition from home/ the early care setting to school, and how we as educators can best support this process through learning and wellbeing. The course is broken up into four lessons and the following is covered:

Lesson 1 - What is a positive transition?

Lesson 2 - Practical ways to support a positive, physical school transition

Lesson 3 - Practical ways to support a positive, social school transition

Lesson 4 - Building meaningful relationships with schools and families


This registration is for 1 participant. If you would like to register 5+ educators, or your entire team - please contact us to make these arrangements.
