The Inspired Nominated Supervisor's Community is just what the name suggests. We have designed an online platform combining community, professional development and resources, to support those in the Nominated Supervisors role within education and care services in Australia (Centre Managers, Directors, Assistant Directors etc).
If you are tired of juggling regulations, ratios, rosters, family expectations, staffing issues, and constantly wondering “what have I missed?” this is for you.

For those introverts, or anyone who prefers the flexibility of doing things in your own time, we also encourage members to share your thoughts, feedback, and experiences in the comment section of your online learning modules.
The Inspired Nominated Supervisor's Community will support you in your ongoing professional development, with learning opportunities for both emerging and established leaders to access and complete at your own pace.
New modules will be added each month on topics that are relevant for Nominated Supervisors. We'll share research, insights, and links to legislation and other key compliance information, as well as inspire you to challenge your thinking and practice as a leader.
The Inspired Nominated Supervisor's Community will support you in developing your confidence and skills as a leader in Early Childhood.
With modules on topics such as wellbeing, crafting a vision, coaching your team and navigating compliance visits, the membership will arm you with practical strategies to grow as a leader. The opportunity to connect with other nominated supervisors, as well as Inspired EC co-founders Nic and Tash, to help build your leadership confidence.

What's included in the membership?
This online community combines ongoing professional development, networking, and support opportunities. Members will receive access to an online learning platform and community which includes:
- A new professional learning module each month: We will be launching with three modules pre-released, with learning content added regularly for members to access and complete at their own pace.
- An online networking and facilitated discussion each month: Our team will schedule and deliver regular live zooms to discuss new content, problem-solve challenges, and reflect on what's happening in the sector. (These live meetings will be recorded so that you can catch up, even if you can't make it live!)
- A resource library: Containing videos, articles, links and more to support you in your role, this will be a growing resource with items being added to the online library on an ongoing basis (if we see something valuable - we're putting it in there!)
