A mini course supporting you by learning how to effectively relate to the people in your team to overcome challenges, embrace differences and work within a shared philosophy toward common goals. .
The course is broken up into four lessons and the following is covered:

Lesson 4 - Why we Don't all need to be "Best Buddies"
Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
Consider what do you know about your own personality type? How can people better understand you as a team member?
Learn how to work together to create something for your service - What we need is a shared philosophy/vision that considers what is best for the children first and foremost.
With the Debrief Package services can now register multiple educators for a mini course, and book in a follow up live zoom session for a few weeks later with one of our trainers to reflect on the course.
The is suited to anyone working with children in long day care, preschools, family day care, OSHC and schools.
We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation details with your login information.
You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration.
All participants will complete a reflection/assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate.
