In this mini course we explore some practical ways to do exactly that!
What you'll learn:
- Why do we need to work with a team? Reflect on the power of working as part of a team in supporting not only children's learning outcomes, but also improving educator wellbeing and supporting professional growth.
- How do personalities influence the way we work as a team? Unpack some of the personality types we may come across within our team, and how these personality types communicate, connect, and respond to challenges.
