When Nicole was 21, she became a Nominated Supervisor for the very first time. It was pretty overwhelming at times and she had a constant fear that she wasn't doing the "right" things, or that she was missing some important information, or that she wasn't being the best leader for her team!

Putting together all of the puzzle pieces was tricky at times, but now - over 20 years later - Nicole may predominantly sit in the role of Approved Provider, but she is alwyas ready to put on the Nominated Supervisor hat when needed. It can still be overwhelming -changing regulations, updated guidance and an ever evolving sector mean that staying on top of the role is a challenge - but that is why we've put together something NEW just for Nominated Supervisors...
