This mini-course will support educators to reflect on how routines and rhythms are managed within the service, ensuring that these are responsive to the needs of children.

Inspired EC mini courses are suited to anyone working in the early education and care sector. This mini course is designed to support anyone working with children in long day care, preschools, family day care, OSHC and schools. Inspired EC will guide you to consider your unique context, engage in research and reflective practice, and evolve to meet the needs of the children, families and communities in which you work.

In addition to previously working as educators, nominated supervisors and educational leaders, we currently are the approved providers for Inspired Family Day Care - a service that we started due to demand for nature based, risk friendly and community focused family day care.

This current, practical experience sets us apart - we understand where you are at... because we are right there with you!

We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time. 

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation including details of your login information. 

You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration. 

All participants will complete a reflective assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate. Once this reflection has been completed we advise you will receive your certificate of completion within 3-5 business days.
