"Inspired EC deliver a wide variety of Mini Courses to continually expand our Professional Development."
A mini course designed to give you information to springboard you to further discussion, research and reflection in your practice with infants.
The course is broken up into four lessons and the following is covered:
Lesson 1 - Infant Development
Lesson 2 - Rights and Respect
Lesson 3 - Engaging Environments
Lesson 4 - All about rights and respect
Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
Using an understanding of how infants play and recommended resources, you will be able to create environments that are not simply a "mini preschool room."
Gain a deeper understanding of the importance of connection and respect in our interactions. Learn how you can respect the rights of infants in your setting.
You will be introduced to our "Magic in the moment" approach to programming for infants and learn practical strategies you can use when planning and documenting.
With the Debrief Package services can now register multiple educators for a mini course, and book in a follow up live zoom session for a few weeks later with one of our trainers to reflect on the course.
The Brilliant Babies mini course is suited to anyone working in the early education and care sector with infants. Perhaps you have never worked with infants before, or simply wish to refresh your skills and mindset around this really important work.
We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation details with your login information.
You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration.
All participants will complete a reflection/assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate.
A mini course designed to explore what genuine belonging looks and feels like for children, families and educators.
