Inspired Nature Play is offering Newcastle families a unique style of outdoor exploration, fostering creativity, social interaction, and learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Letting children slow down, to just be children, to play and explore safely outdoors is what we love!

Over the years, we have seen the positive impact that outdoor play has on the health, development and wellbeing of children and are delighted to be able to contribute to this by bringing the Inspired Nature Play program to Newcastle. Inspired Nature Play is located in the beautiful Lake Macquarie Area. We play on Awabakal land. Our programs currently range from Birth through to upper primary.

We facilitate child-led play, with a focus on unstructured outdoor exploration, and nature-based learning.

Inspired Nature Play is all about providing children with an environment in which they can explore and experience with all their senses, while engaging in stimulating imaginative play in an unhurried and nurturing outdoor environment. Through this program children develop the ability to think creatively, and are encouraged to develop at their own rate.

Our program is structured to provide a balanced blend of outdoor exploration - fostering creativity, social interaction, and learning in a safe and nurturing environment! Inspired Nature Play encourages hands-on, experiential learning. We are aiming to provide a valuable service to local families by providing engaging and enriching care for their children, offering programs for children of all ages, from birth through to 13.

Our nature program is about getting children outside to play - navigating around all the natural elements with loose parts. Inspired Nature Play is focused on accessibility, using public bushland areas, with activities including cubby building, loose parts play, mud/dirt play, water play and tree climbing. Our team is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging experience for all participants, where safety, respect, and learning are prioritised at all times.
