"Thank you Inspired. Appreciating the mini courses. I always pick up something new, which can be applied to my service and my life."
A mini course exploring what belonging looks and feels like for children, educators and families.
The course is broken up into four lessons and the following is covered:
Lesson 1 - What is belonging?
Lesson 2 - Belonging for children
Lesson 3 - Belonging for families
Lesson 4 - Belonging for educators
Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
Consider practical ways that your environment says to children "you belong here."
Consider the importance of families feeling a sense of belonging in your service.
Learn how to enhance a sense of belonging for educators and what to do if you don't feel it.
With the Debrief Package services can now register multiple educators for a mini course, and book in a follow up live zoom session for a few weeks later with one of our trainers to reflect on the course.
Inspired EC mini courses are suited to anyone working in the early education and care sector. This mini course is designed to support anyone working with children in long day care, preschools, family day care, OSHC and schools. Inspired EC will guide you to consider your unique context, engage in research and reflective practice, and evolve to meet the needs of the children, families and communities in which you work.
In addition to previously working as educators, nominated supervisors and educational leaders, we currently are the approved providers for Inspired Family Day Care - a service that we started due to demand for nature based, risk friendly and community focused family day care.
This current, practical experience sets us apart - we understand where you are at... because we are right there with you!
We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation including details of your login information.
You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration.
All participants will complete a reflective assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate. Once this reflection has been completed we advise you will receive your certificate of completion within 3-5 business days.
A mini course supporting you to think deeply about your personal and service philosophy.
This mini-course will support educators to reflect on how routines and rhythms are managed within the service, ensuring that these are responsive to the needs of children.
If you're sitting there now thinking.... YES, YES, YES! (and why wouldn't you be?) You can register for the mini course right now!
"I feel more motivated already!""
