Policy Development: Where to begin and how to get it done
A Professional Development, Networking and Support Meeting for Nominated Supervisors
If you are working in a standalone service, a not-for-profit service, or perhaps another smaller service type, there is a good chance that you, as the nominated supervisor, are responsible for the development and review of policies. You might have levels of management supporting you, or you might use a distributed leadership model that brings someone else into mix, but more than likely, you are doing the lions share of researching, writing and overseeing review.
This session is your opportunity to unpack your responsibilities around policy development, and to support you to undertake a policy review audit as a starting point.
What to bring?
- Your face: We would love your camera on when you join the conversation!
- Your challenges and ideas: We would love to hear what you are working on at the moment, to share inspiration and to problem-solve with other participants!
This session will include approximately 45 minutes of facilitated professional conversation, with an additional 15 minute Q&A.
What if I can't make it live?
Will I receive a certificate?
