A mini course designed to support wellbeing and spark motivation in what can sometimes be a physically and emotionally demanding profession.
The course is broken up into three lessons and the following is covered:
Lesson 1 - Motivation
Lesson 2 - Mindfulness
Lesson 3 - Simple Strategies for Mindfulness
Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
Learn the difference between types of motivation and how to identify what motivates you. Learn strategies for getting motivated when things are tricky or tough
Gain a deeper understanding of the importance of mindfulness and how it can impact on our wellbeing and our lives - both as an educator and a human being
The Mindfulness and Motivation mini course is suited to anyone working with children. Everyone can benefit from slowing down and refocusing, in order to find their motivation.
We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation details with your login information.
You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration.
All participants will complete a reflection/assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate.
