This workshop offers practical support for those conversations that feel uncomfortable but matter deeply. Educators will learn how to prepare, what language to use and how to balance honesty with empathy when discussing behaviour or developmental concerns. Participants will leave with conversation frameworks, phrases and reflective prompts to build confidence and preserve trusting relationships with families.

- Can I register my staff/team to attend the session?
When registering online, simply ensure that the name and email entered match the details of the staff you would like to attend so that they receive details to access the training.
To register 5 or more staff, please contact info@inspiredec.com with the name and email of each staff member and the session/course you would like them to complete, and we will issue you an invoice as well as providing access for your staff to the appropriate training. - Do I need a Zoom account to access the live session?
You DO NOT need an account to join a Zoom webinar. You can simply connect to the meeting using the link and instructions emailed to you upon completion of your registration. A Reminder email will be sent to you an hour before the session begins. - I can’t make that time, can I still watch the session?
A recording will be sent to all registered participants following the completion of the live session. You can access this recording for 7 DAYS using the link which will be emailed to you. - Do I get a certificate?
A certificate will be generated for all registered participants who submit a feedback form following the completion of the live session. You can access this form using a link which will be email to you. This webinar will contribute to 1hr of Professional Development.
